Source Code for Flickr/Tag/Contact Mashup

Thought you might actually find the source code for the flickr/tag/contact mashup useful to go through. I've commented each step - for your own version you'll need to get an api key from flickr and download Dan Coulters phpFlickr wrapper from phpflickr.com - well that's the one for PHP4 anyway.
